Sydney 24th October 2008
Flight to Sydney was my 1st long haul flight (9 hrs) and it was a smooth flight. Most passengers were nice and good-looking.. Ahem, did i say good-looking?
I enjoyed this flight because we have such a long time to do our service and the remaining crew were very helpful. I have the coolest section leader and it was so much fun working with her! Francine and I flew together for the 2nd time (1st flight was Delhi and I didnt even wanna blog about it as everyone knows Indian flights were one of the tough ones 
) I didn't take much photos this trip but met up with gloriaqueen and her friends when we arrived. Went to a club near Darling Harbour and had a couple of drinks (Clubs are cool in sydney! 
) And we went shopping the next day and bought some stuff and a kick-ass czech liquor "Absinth" which contains 60% alcohol 
and still duno when to get wasted 
Anyway, I really like the weather in sydney and will definitely go again soon!

HKG-PEN-HKG 11th-12th Oct 2008
I was so glad that I get a chance to go back to Penang
eventhough it's only for a night to stay over, at least I get to see my mom and that was the most excited part! Dad went to KL for work so I couldn't see him this time 
And sis is also in KL so I will only go and visit her in KL when I have G days. Oh boy, I just dunno how to describe how much I miss them!! And the whole flight was so good, my ISM and Senior Purser are Malaysian, and most of the passengers were Malaysian which makes me feel so much warmer. I even get a complimentary letter from a Penang old lady who really supports me for my 2nd operating flight It feels so nice when passenger knows how to appreciate how much you work and how well you take care of them! I went for a simple dinner with mom (I really miss Penang food!!!!) and spend some mother-daughter time together. I was so lame and lousy that I cried when she left 
I duno when will I be seeing her again but I promised her that I would find time to go back again. Finally, it has come to an end that I have to leave again. Woke up at 5 plus the next day and prepare to go back to hkg. Flying time ard 0400 hrs. What a day!

My First Operating Flight
I was so excited for my first operating flight It was a flight to Nagoya 8th - 9th Oct! Was so scared during briefing, was wondering what kinda safety question will i be asked. I was so lucky that my senior crews and section leader were really nice and patient with me. They worked really fast and professional! I could hardly catch up with their speed and efficiency 
I guess practice makes perfect! Thank God the passengers were all nice and nobody gave me any hard time except for myself *lolz* Eventhough most of them couldn't understand english (chicken and duck talk), I tried my best to give them my best service. When we touchdown Nagoya, it was about 9pm and the journey to the hotel was effing long! It was about an hour away. It was cold and most of the shops were closed. When we reach Nagoya Hilton Hotel, we all checked-in and one of my senior crew got room 903 and she rejected that room. (ahem, u know wat i mean?) 
She finally stayed in room 902 and i stayed in room 904. After what she had done, i could hardly sleep. We quickly changed into civilian clothes and went out for sushi! It was awesome, a genuine and authentic sushi! and we even go for ramen after sushi, i ate like a pig After that, we went to a convenient store and i grab some japanese junkfood. We were all dragging our feet back to hotel after that *yawn* And i had to wake up like 5am in d morning to prepare for the flight back to Hong Kong. I was so tired. Flight back to hkg seemed really fast. I was so so tired and my arms and backs were all aching when i got home. It was a great start for me! My new life has just started

Last day of IND 42/08
Finally, it has come to an end of induction training. Joy and tears filled the air of this special day
There were so much hard time thru out the whole training, something
that I had never experienced or never came to my mind that I would even
do it but I've made it all! It is indeed a lifetime experience and Im
so lucky to have an opportunity to experience it. Im gonna miss
everyone so much especially my idiots; gloriaqueen, sandy bb & cheryl bb And good luck to the vancouver base crew; princess pheona, patsy bb, lynn bb, tracy bb, bon bon, brian blur chung, tammy and shirley hello kitty; hope to c u guys again somewhere in d future! For the 2 special indonesian; Iin and Gatra, thank u for joining us
My dear housemate, Jasica, eventhough we stay under d same roof, I would like
to say thank u to u for eveything *hugs* There's so many ppl to thank,
oh gosh! Thank u, Stephanie for ur patience and helping me thru out the service excellence pratical! And the 3 handsome men; Azlan, Jovan and Allan. U guys have been great bros to me Lastly, the one im gonna miss most, Whelan baba! Thank u for the "unforgettable" time and the "are u sure?" moments. U're the best trainer!! We

We had our final assessment in the morning and thank god all of us passed! We also had our sharing moments; most embarrassing moments *lolz* and we ended with a simple bbq near Goldcoast. It was so much fun! Thank u IND42 for giving me a wonderful memory! I will cherish and remember this precious time forever *xoxo*
